Specification

Stunning late Regency / William IV Scottish mahogany shape fronted six leg sideboard. This is a beautiful piece of Scottish furniture of the highest quality. The sideboard stands on six turned, reeded and spiral carved legs. Has four drawers, a large double decanter / bottle drawer on the left, a large central drawer and two smaller drawers to the right hand side. The drawers are all mahogany lined with original turned rosewood knobs and original brass locks. The drawers all have an ebony strung line inlay. There is a multi reeded mould around the bottom edge of the carcass all the way round. The top is stunning with no splits or cracks. The piece is a lovely original colour with good patination and retains its original finish. It requires minor restoration which is included in the price.
