Product Information
Specification

Fine small size, only 30" wide, early Georgian solid walnut Gentleman's chest of drawers with a slide. Probably George II. Four long drawers with moulded edges. The drawers are all oak lined with original iron locks and correct old replacement brass fret handles but in the original holes. The chest has always had fret handles as you can see a slight shadow of where the original ones where. The chest stands on original bold shape ogee bracket feet. The chest has an oak brushing slide to the top with original large brass axe head handle pulls. Being so small in width it is still quite deep so there is still plenty of storage space. The chest has been sympathetically re-polished but otherwise is in pretty good condition for its age, there are a couple of minor old repairs to the feet.

SIZE; 30" wide by 20 1/2" deep by 32" high
